UT Dallas' Cyber Security Research and Education Center will host the 2nd Annual Texas Security Awareness Week beginning October 30, 2012. TexSAW is a three-day event designed to highlight the importance of cyber security as an emerging technical field and motivate students to specialize in this field of study. The day will close with a reception and an opportunity to allow students, panelists and faculty to interact on a one-on-one basis.
TexSAW continues with hands-on demonstrations and workshops on Wednesday and a student competition on Thursday.
