ABOUT THE CSRC COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
The CyberSecurity Research Center (CSRC) of the CyberSecurity and Emergency Preparedness Institute created its COMMUNITY OUTREACH program to combine the substantial Digital Forensics and Network Security talents of government, academia, and industry partners. The CSRC COMMUNITY OUTREACH provides insight into the research, development, and implementation of digital forensics and network security. It can influence the timeliness of the development and implementation of Digital Forensics and Network Security solutions. Working together, the partnership of government, academia, and industry can meet the increasing demands for state-of-the-art Highly Secure, Rapidly Deployable, Rapidly Configurable networks and Sensor Networks.
OBJECTIVES
The Objectives of the CSRC COMMUNITY OUTREACH Program are
  1. to expand and enhance the Digital Forensics and Network Security expertise of designers and developers of national security systems, and
  2. to promote an exchange of ideas, techniques, processes, tools, and methodologies to guarantee that the most effective analytical techniques are used in research, design, evaluation, certification and accreditation of Digital Forensics and Network Security solutions.
